November 13 ~ Parenting Workshop with author Danielle Shea Tan

Join us on Wednesday, November 13 from 7-9pm.
Living a healthy lifestyle takes dedication and time - add being a parent to that recipe and it can often feel impossible.

In their book, 52 Small Changes for the Family, Danielle Shea Tan and her co-author, Brett Blumenthal, reveal how to build a foundation of health and happiness in the family using an approach that's long been hailed as the holy grail of behavior change. Their idea is simple: Make one small lifestyle change each week for 52 weeks and at the end of the year, you and your children will enjoy a happier, healthier lifestyle.
For moms, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, teachers and caretakers of kids at every age and stage, from cradle to college.

Grab your spouse, friends and/or family members to join us for an interactive discussion with Danielle and her husband, Erol, on the practical ways of adopting healthy habits in the family. They'll offer tips, answer your questions and share personal stories of their own successes and failures on raising a healthy family.

This event is FREE and open to the community! To reserve a seat, please register online or if you prefer, give us a call or stop in the store and let us know you plan to come!
