Welcome to Aesop's Books & Crafts series! We'll be offering workshops throughout the year. Discover the magic of turning books into pieces of art. We are always looking for ways to give old or damaged books new life - because we can't bear to throw them away. These workshops are perfect for book lovers, crafters or anyone looking for a creative outlet.
If you would like to host a group event, reach out to the store to coordinate a time that would work for your party. (This would be a fun Book Club activity!)
Please register in advance so that we can gather enough materials for all attendees. All workshops include sips and nibbles.

- BOOKS IN BLOOM - Saturday, April 25 (5-8pm open house event)
This month's Books & Crafts event is a celebration of spring and reading. We invite you to join us for a free workshop where we'll recreate our favorite book covers as floral arrangements. Please bring your own vessel and stems to share! We'll have sips and nibbles for everyone. All entrants will have a chance to win a prize as part of our Independent Bookstore Day extravaganza. Please register so we know who to expect!
- Watercolor Workbook - Sunday, May 3 (6-8pm)
Bring your Emily Lex Watercolor Workbook (or grab one at the store) and lets make art together. This is not a lesson but an opportunity to gather and practice using the step by step instructions and examples in the workbook. Brushes and paints will be provided. (The cost of the session will be deducted from your purchase of a watercolor workbook at Aesop's).
