Do you have a child that could use some focused time on literacy skills this fall?  Whether your child loves to read and write and you want to nurture this passion or you worry about your child struggling with the virtual learning format, this session could be for you!

Aesop’s Fable is excited to partner with a literacy specialist to offer some exciting sessions for your kids!

The Junior Lit sessions will focus on reading an age-appropriate book, critical thinking and discussion based on what has been read, as well as writing assignments. Each group will be tailored to the particular ages, grade levels, and needs of the students enrolled. There will be some reading and writing homework outside of class-time for the older groups.

Think of this as a book club for kids, with writing assignments and individual attention for each student! Whether your child loves to read and write and is looking for a like-minded group of kids, or just needs a little more focused time to work on his/her reading and writing skills, these sessions are for you!

Safety is a top priority so small groups will meet outside and following all socially distanced protocols.
