*For the Craft, you will need:

1. paper plate or white construction paper cut into a circle
2. strips of brown or manila-colored construction paper (or paper bag)
3. blue construction paper (or blue paint or blue tissue paper)
4. glue sticks
5. coins  

 

  

About Kelly

Kelly Carey is an award winning children’s fiction author from New England. Her fiction stories have been published for over a decade in Highlights for Children, Clubhouse Jr., and Girls’ World. Her debut picture book, How Long Is Forever?, illustrated by Qing Zhuang, was released by Charlesbridge on April 7!
