Writing Through the Tough Stuff/Expressive Writing Workshop for Teens

Join us at Aesop's Fable with our newest team member, Laurie Edwards, for a writing workshop geared towards high school students.

Life can feel pretty hard right now, but expressive writing can help! In this four-week writing workshop series, you’ll get to develop your personal story through writing prompts, examples, and feedback, and see how elements of expressive writing like detail, scene, and emotion can make your writing even stronger. We’ll read, write, and share as a supportive community. You’ll leave with a better understanding of how expressive writing can help you process challenging events, with the tools to keep growing as a writer on your own.
